• Account information: Name, email address, organization name when you sign up
• Project data: Firebase and GCP project IDs, pipeline configurations, and backfill job history
• Usage data: How you interact with our service, including pipelines created and jobs triggered

We automatically collect:

• Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address
• Analytics: Pages visited, time spent, referral source

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve our Firestore → BigQuery backfill service
• To trigger and monitor Dataflow jobs on your behalf
• To send service-related emails (account updates, job status notifications)
• To analyse usage patterns and improve our product

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers: Email delivery (Loops.so), payment processing (Polar.sh), hosting (Cloudflare), database (Neon)
• Google Cloud Platform: We call your Firebase extension API to trigger Dataflow jobs - we do not store your GCP credentials
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

GCP Project Data

When you link Firebase and GCP projects, we store project IDs and configuration data to facilitate backfill operations. We do not store your GCP service account credentials - authentication is handled by your Firebase extension.

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate permissions and authorization to link projects and trigger Dataflow jobs in your GCP projects.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We also use analytics cookies to understand how our service is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Data Retention

We retain your account and pipeline data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Job history may be retained for up to 2 years for operational and support purposes.

Security
